Thank you for your purchase. By booking a service, you agree to the following refund policy.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
All services, including readings and sessions, are non-refundable once they have been completed. Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved, all sales are final after the service has been delivered.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the discretion of Psychic Medium Jessica.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session is considered forfeited and is non-refundable.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, your appointment may be shortened to respect scheduled time slots. Full session fees still apply.
5. Satisfaction Disclaimer
Results and experiences from services are subjective and may vary. Refunds are not issued based on personal dissatisfaction or perceived outcomes.
6. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
